I Can’t. I Don’t Have the Willpower

  • You are confident in your ability to use effective methods to face the difficulties you may encounter;
  • You seek advice from health care professionals and from I QUIT NOW (assistance available online, by phone or in person) to support you in the quitting process.

Remember:

  • The drawbacks of quitting smoking/vaping don’t last while the advantages will last the rest of your life;
  • In spite of the problems you may encounter, your strong motivations will make the difference for your quitting journey (your health, your friends and family, your wallet, etc.).
