Your Confidence

Evaluate your confidence in your ability to experience a variety of situations without smoking. You could be ready to begin the next step!

In the previous content, you should have found and noted useful information to help you deal with your “Mental Roadblocks.” Now, we would like you to evaluate your confidence in your ability to endure situations that many smokers find risky without smoking.

Choose the answer that best corresponds to what you would feel in the situations presented to you.

If your level of confidence is high enough, you will be asked to go to the next step, the one where you prepare to free yourself from cigarettes in the near future.

If your confidence level is too low, we will ask you to go back to the previous content and share your struggles, doubts or fears with the agents on the I QUIT NOW helpline, a specialist at a smoking cessation centre nearest you, or on the Facebook support group.
